Clear Skin Facial Toner

What it is: This mild yet effective toner is formulated to soothe, hydrate and improve skin tone and texture for a dewy glow. Packed with anti-oxidants, it gently removes residues of impurities to brighten and promote a healthy balanced complexion free of acne.

Aloe Vera: Anti-inflammatory, acne fighting, antiaging properties, suppresses UV induced hyperpigmentation by preventing dark spots
 
How to use: Apply to cleansed skin with a cotton ball morning and night, allow to dry and follow with Mina Hall serum and moisturizer as needed
